To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these age requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any available security features.

LifeZeus offers both free and premium subscription plans. Free accounts have access to basic features, while premium subscriptions unlock additional functionality. Details of what is included in each plan are available on our pricing page.

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). By subscribing to a premium plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee plus any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team. We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds or credits in certain circumstances.

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"), including habits, tasks, journal entries, and chat messages. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.

When you share content through the Service (such as public habits, shared journal links, or study room participation), you grant other users the right to view that content according to your sharing settings. You are responsible for the content you share and should only share content you have the right to share.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Share content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits

When participating in focus sessions or study rooms:

• You consent to being seen and heard by other participants
• You agree not to record sessions without consent from all participants
• You will behave respectfully and appropriately
• You will not share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• You understand that we do not record or store video/audio from sessions

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by LifeZeus and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without any obligation to you. We may incorporate your feedback into the Service without compensation or attribution.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

LifeZeus App is a productivity tool and is not intended to provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. The habit tracking, focus sessions, and other features are designed to support your personal productivity goals but should not replace professional guidance. Always consult appropriate professionals for health, mental health, or other specialized concerns.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Service
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and User Content, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LifeZeus App is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Service.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and LifeZeus App regarding the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by LifeZeus App.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
